By 3rd May 2021No Comments

Gardening can be a great way to keep fit and well but there is a danger that our enthusiastic efforts in getting our gardens ready for Spring can backfire. Just in time for the Green Health Week, our local physiotherapist, Jane Torvaney, has put together a video showing gentle exercises to get you body ready for gardening, and to prevent you from getting hurt.

She is a qualified chartered physiotherapist and runs Structural Harmony: North East Fife Physiotherapy and Wellbeing.
