Community Garden Closed but Growing

By 15th April 2020September 3rd, 2020One Comment

Flowering damsons at Fruit Tree WalkTayport Community Garden remains closed to community access due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

However, we are very keen to keep on growing fresh food for the community.  A small rota of volunteers will be working in the Garden, within the latest health guidance from Scottish Government and Fife Council.

The Garden gates will be left open to minimise hand contact with surfaces.

We are all really looking forward to welcoming everyone back to the Garden once the restrictions are lifted!

Meanwhile check out the blog on our new web page for online grow-at-home gardening information and shared ideas, also for cooking with limited ingredients from our community storytellers and staff.  We would love to hear from you.

With our very best wishes to all in this demanding time from the PLANT team.
