Digital Communication Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Monthly email newsletter – co-ordination and compilation of content and images, and updating of database
- PLANT Website – updating events calendar and occasional other pages
- Some support for blog management
Duration of post and hours: 1 July 2021 – 31 March 2022 (fixed term). 2 days (total of 14 hours) per month over 9 months.
Rate of pay: Sessional post: £12 per hour.
Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Routine financial administration, working with staff and the PLANT Committee, including dealing with claims, invoices, petty cash and financial records.
- Organising staff and committee meetings including note-taking.
- Dealing with general communications – emails, phone-calls and letters.
Duration of post and hours: 1 July 2021 – 31 March 2022 (fixed term). 1 day (7 hours) per week over 36 weeks.
There is potential for expansion of the post to cover other tasks within Tayport Community Trust as services develop.
Rate of pay: Sessional post: £12 per hour.
