We would like to invite you to join PLANT Committee members for PLANT Planning Day on Friday, 12th August, 10am to 2pm at the Larick Centre. The session will be led by an experienced facilitator, Gwen Joubert.
As you know, PLANT has been through momentous upheaval in the past 6 months, starting with the damage done by Storm Arwen in November, then the loss of our funding support, and the consequent loss of our wonderful members of staff whom we had come to depend on. Since then, we have become a volunteer-led (and run) project, dependent on community support to keep going. But to be a volunteer-led community project we need the input of our volunteers to come up with a vision for PLANT – what kind of organisation should it be? What do we need to put in place to become that kind of organisation? How are we going to get there? How do we ensure ongoing community support?
Come along and play a critical part in shaping PLANT’s future!
